“I haven’t even brought my camper there yet but I will 100% give a 5 star review to Deborah! She was so kind on the phone I already feel confident dropping off my travel trailer and having the work down there. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and she deserves all the 5 stars!”
“I wish this would have been my 1st shop that I went to instead of the 3rd. After dumping several thousand dollars with another shop and still having problems and being told they could get me in in 3 weeks.GLAD I FOUND PERFORMANCE DIESEL. They fixed my truck. Getting ready for a cross country trip on Monday. I called yesterd and spoke with Anthony I let him know what I wanted done. Even though they are busy he worked me in since it is short time frame before I leave. Jules is always a pleasure to speak to when I call or show up just to the chew the fat. THIS IS MY GO TO DIESEL SHOP IN THE CHARLESTON AREA”
“I have never felt more valued as a customer than I have at this shop. I watched as Kenny was patient and attentive to everyone without missing a beat. I highly recommend coming here if you want a better understanding of whats going on with your truck during the process. Thank you to everyone for all that you do.”
