“Our family thought that we had snake eggs in the back yard! Of course, we were curious as to where the mother was if the eggs are present. Since we have a toddler running around that love to play outdoors, we had to keep her inside and with minimal outdoor activities for us as well. I called and spoke with Matt at Biotech Pest Management and he said that he would come over to check it to determine if it was actually snake eggs. Well, Matt came over and found out that it was mushrooms! Haha! Thank God it wasn't snake eggs!

They were upfront about the service they could provide, he threw in an extra treatment for free (typically ~90$) because he had the equipment with him in the truck and thought it would help, and did a detailed walkthrough afterwards explaining what he did and why certain things wouldn’t come out. I didn’t even notice the small spots he mentioned but I appreciate the honesty. He also suggested other services when I asked him about non-carpet cleaning questions and he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.
