They were upfront about the service they could provide, he threw in an extra treatment for free (typically ~90$) because he had the equipment with him in the truck and thought it would help, and did a detailed walkthrough afterwards explaining what he did and why certain things wouldn’t come out. I didn’t even notice the small spots he mentioned but I appreciate the honesty. He also suggested other services when I asked him about non-carpet cleaning questions and he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Super friendly and flexible, I will 100% use them again in the future, it’s such an easy choice.“
