Duane our home inspector was absolutely incredible. Could not have asked for a more thorough or useful inspection. The insights were even more than we could have asked for or expected to get! He also made himself available to answer questions or share further insights both during the inspection and once we had had time to read the report. We also loved the report format, with additional pictures and details on the web version that really illuminated some of the less obvious things. Best home inspector in the state as far as we're concerned!

I have had such a great experience with Cingo Home Inspections. I had three homes inspected and Nathan McLeod was my inspector, he was so great that I requested him the second two times, he was very thorough didn't leave anything out and I felt very confident by the time I left.Before he leaves he walks you thru the house and points things out but you will get your inspection report anyway in a matter of sometimes minutes. I was flawed by his professionalism and if I ever buy again I will request Nathan and you should too. He was awesome!
