Charleston Laser and Aesthetics

Charleston Laser and Aesthetics Center is a medical spa known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, providing a variety of laser hair removal treatments and aesthetic services. Many clients praise the center for its reasonable pricing and effective results, with some noting significant improvements in their hair removal experience. One client shared that their treatments drastically reduced the frequency of shaving, allowing for greater ease and confidence during the warmer months. The space is clean, and clients have found the machines impressive, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is often described as kind and accommodating, guiding clients through treatments like chemical peels and dermabrasion, and even offering B12 shots.

However, not all experiences have been positive. Some customers reported issues with scheduling and cancellations, expressing frustration over multiple rescheduled appointments. This led to dissatisfaction, particularly regarding the nurse practitioner's limited availability for certain services. While the staff is generally pleasant and supportive, concerns were raised about management's response to scheduling mistakes and refund requests.

Despite the mixed reviews, many clients express a strong preference for Charleston Laser and Aesthetics Center, highlighting the supportive and friendly nature of the estheticians. They appreciate the individualized care, especially for those new to treatments like injections, as staff members guide them through the process to ease any anxiety. Overall, while the center has received praise for its services and staff, there are areas for improvement in scheduling and customer service to enhance the overall experience for clients.
