This carpet cleaning company came highly recommended by several people. I recently scheduled a cleaning for a family member’s apartment. When Nicholas arrived, he was very polite and professional. After looking over the carpets, he explained that the building would likely need to replace them, so cleaning wouldn’t be the best value for us right now. He didn’t even charge for the visit! I was really impressed with his honesty and professionalism. If I could, I’d give more than five stars!
