Fast, friendly and honest. I bought a used 2021 Ford and the radio didn’t pick up any stations. Palmetto Ford ran diagnostics and kept the car a week but couldn’t find anything wrong. Rich and Mel took literally 5 minutes to find the issue and had me on the road with the radio working 100% within an hour. Amazing!
We’ve had an excellent experience working with this small business! The owner is incredibly involved and clearly takes pride in every job, which really shows in the quality of their work. They installed a dash camera in one of our vehicles and replaced the touchscreen radio in another—both installations were super clean and professionally done.
They also came out to our home and completed residential window tinting. The results were fantastic—our windows look great, and the difference in heat and glare is amazing.

Great family owned business. I’ve had them work on a few different vehicles. Even if results aren’t as desired initially, they work with you to make it right. Highly recommend.
They have worked on my 1979 Jeep, 2018 F150, 2019 LandRover and 2026 Tesla and taken care of me on each. Window tint, stereo work, and rear view camera installs, they have done a great job with each vehicle.
