I just have to say my daughter was behind in math from Northwood Academy, I took her out of private school and put her in Ashley Ridge High. However she spent 2 summers and 2 - 3 times a week at Capabilities’s and gained the knowledge and confidence in math. I stress this at this age because it could of went left but with the help of Ms.Val and Zach a HUGE turnaround and testimony. This was her 8th- 9th grade year. She graduated a year yearly in all Honors. With all this said… She is now a Accounting major and just made the top 10%of her class. Capabilities continues to build resiliency, confidence and self-regulation in my son. Ms. Valerie‘a dedication to empowering children through adaptive multisensory learning and evidence-based interventions is unparalleled. I cannot express my gratitude to Ms. Valerie. She cares about her students wellbeing in and out of her office. Her insight has transformed the way I parent. In these past 2 years, I’ve developed a consistent, effective and mindful approach to discipline, communicate and motivate my child through positive reinforcement practices. I highly recommend Capabilities to encourage kids academically and create healthy habits.

The best tutoring place I have ever been too. I never dreaded going and was always excited because I got so much help. The environment is truly amazing and very comfortable. I recommend this place to all of my friends.
