We just moved here and I stumbled across this store just browsing for dry shampoo. The employees working were both so unbelievably kind and helpful - Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Tyler and Michaela!!!! Both of them were so welcoming and sweet. Michaela went above and beyond to help me find a foundation shade as well as educated me on a lot of the best clean makeup brands and what would work best for my skin. I very rarely have experiences this good from a cosmetic store so I was very impressed with their customer service and friendliness. Blue Mercury will now be my one stop shop for all things makeup and hair !!!

I was thoroughly impressed and grateful to Michaela who helped me a few weeks ago in Blue Mercury at the Charleston King Street location. I came in knowing I would need assistance in choosing a new skin care regimen. She was so patient and truly knew each product line. She walked me through the best products for my skin, sequence of application and she simply was charming to work with. She offered to help with any other questions or concerns for future purchases I might have. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Michaela.

One hears of “above and beyond” but I actually got to experience it firsthand! Brian, the salesman extraordinaire, did not have every product I wished for on a Saturday afternoon. I told him I just would go with out because I was going out of town so he brought it to my home on a Sunday afternoon. How does one express proper koodos for such an amazing commitment to service?? 6 out of 5 stars
