Big Bear Roofing provided easy and often communications throughout our project. Our home needed exhaust vents installed on the roof and adjustment to drip edge flashing. Big Bear accepted the work and completed the project- first phone call to satisfied customer all within one week's time. Hard to find any contractor able to work like that these days.

I thought I just needed a simple skylight replaced but Nick from Big Bear discovered major hailstone damage. Using their in house insurance expert they convinced my insurance company to pay for a full replacement that included removing and reinstalling 56 solar panels. Through it all, Big Bear stayed in touch with us and the job went very smoothly.
