Big Bear Roofing provided easy and often communications throughout our project. Our home needed exhaust vents installed on the roof and adjustment to drip edge flashing. Big Bear accepted the work and completed the project- first phone call to satisfied customer all within one week's time. Hard to find any contractor able to work like that these days.

Contacted Big Bear after referral from neighbor. Called late in the afternoon, promptly received a call back within 30 minutes which was after hours. Spoke to Nick who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and just a great guy to talk to about my roofing needs. Made sure I would have an estimate by the next afternoon and he made it happen. Can’t thank Nick enough for his attention to detail, making me feel at ease, and making the whole process easy to understand. More than 5 stars. Thank you Nick!
