I recently used B-Home Inspections of Charleston, and Scott Powell conducted the inspection on my newly built home. I’m extremely glad I did.
It’s easy to assume that because a house is brand new, everything has been built and installed correctly. This inspection proved exactly why having an independent set of eyes on a new build is so important.
The inspection was incredibly thorough and covered the house from top to bottom. The report identified a number of issues that I would never have spotted myself, including concerns with the HVAC system, roof and attic, plumbing, flashing, doors, trim and several other construction and finishing items.

Scott was great. Very thorough. Took his time doing inspection and his report was so organized and consumer friendly. He got back to me right away had the inspection booked the next day
Beyond thankful for the thorough inspection. Scott went out of his way to explain everything to me, sent the report over the same day, and was available for follow up questions. Five stars!
