When we walked in the gym I immediately felt at home. This gym is special that way. The people who teach fitness and yoga classes are wonderful! We are very satisfied at Sozo and recommend this gym to everyone.

SOZO is so much more than I had anticipated upon sign up- The members are respectful, the environment is CLEAN and safe, and the staff is so friendly and supportive. The kids cove is unlike any gym I have ever attended— Adequately staffed with amazing people who truly have your child’s best interest. Sozo’s personal trainers are truly the best of the best. The owners are incredible people who truly have invested their all in creating a space to prioritize your health and wellbeing.

It’s been life changing for me! The SoZo vibe is motivational, non-judgmental, and welcoming. The focus is on helping their clients develop strength, confidence and healthy eating habits. The staff is awesome, Kara (the owner) is wonderful, and Kristen (our personal trainer) is the best!! Couldn’t be happier with our choice and the results!
