I really enjoy this gym. At first glance it may seem lacking, but it genuinely has everything you could ask for. Free weights, machines, tires, kettle weights, bands, you name it. I love the open gym; it’s never too crowded. The owner is very sweet and supportive, and all the front desk employees are friendly. Definitely happy to find a small business I can support.

Sozo is the best! The staff are so friendly! It is a safe family friendly atmosphere and the group workouts are challenging! I especially value to trainers providing modifications for every exercise so everyone can participate no matter the skill level. They go above and beyond for their members. The front staff even make an effort to remember your name. I highly recommend.

As a new member that looked at multiple clubs before committing, I'm extremely happy with SOZO! It is exceeding my expectations after leaving my previous gym due to retirement. Equipment and staff are great! Thanks
