After already having a very long day, he swung by right away for our elderly parents house flooding issue. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed what we thought to be a hot water heater issue but was actually the well pressure switch which could have caused a lot more damage if he had not helped us when he did. Explained what he was doing and why ever step of the way.
