My husband had ACL surgery and someone along the way dropped the ball on making his referral for PT post op. He called Chapin Rehab, not only did they obtain the referral themselves they got him the same day to establish care. I have been very impressed with their ability to ensure the patient has a stellar experience and treated with respect. Great care, ease in making an appointment, great communication with patient and surgeon, office staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

I have been getting treatment here for several years and they have provided the best care. I have had several injuries over the last few years and no matter how painful these were their treatments have always helped me. I would complete my therapy and the next day I would feel 100%. better. I recommend this particular facility because of its professional therapists, courteous service, friendly and caring individuals. Just the best ever and I will always need them.
