I wish I could leave a good review but that is not the case. I had a total knee replacement due to a military injury and was recommended to Chapin Rehabilitation for my recovery. I provided all of my information for insurance because the VA was covering all medical services after the surgery. The issue is with the billing process. They were provided the correct information and was to be informed to file everything in a timely manner. They had 90 days to file everything and that did not occur. I was threatened to have my bill put to collections if I did not pay it and was forced to pay the bill to protect my credit. I was confident after the submittal to my insurance company through the VA, I would be reimbursed as not affect my credit. It has now been 2 years and I've been battling to be reimbursed by Chapin rehabilitation.
The VA has been involved to recify the issue of the failed proper filing by Chapin rehabilitation. They took 10 months to submit documentation instead of the required 90 days. Because of that, it was escalated to a VA advocate for veterans that have been falsely billed for services that were required have been filed properly. I have awaiting a reimbursement of $1,500 and was told by the VA liaison that I probably will never see the money due to the incompetence of the billing process and they're delayed billing of over 10 months.
This has been going on for 2 years and at this point, I feel my only recourse is to give a review to inform other veterans or patients to ensure all documentation and insurance information has been recorded.
As a disabled veteran, I'm sorry to see how we are treated once the business has received payment and no attempt to recify the situation.

My husband had ACL surgery and someone along the way dropped the ball on making his referral for PT post op. He called Chapin Rehab, not only did they obtain the referral themselves they got him the same day to establish care. I have been very impressed with their ability to ensure the patient has a stellar experience and treated with respect. Great care, ease in making an appointment, great communication with patient and surgeon, office staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

Mark Blazek is an incredibly gifted physical therapist. After 3 months of treatment for a hip injury I feel I have 100% mobility. I highly recommend Mark!

I have been getting treatment here for several years and they have provided the best care. I have had several injuries over the last few years and no matter how painful these were their treatments have always helped me. I would complete my therapy and the next day I would feel 100%. better. I recommend this particular facility because of its professional therapists, courteous service, friendly and caring individuals. Just the best ever and I will always need them.

We praise God for Matthew Whitaker. What a great cheerleader and source of wisdom! The Lord Jesus used Matthew greatly to bring healing in my lower back and bottoms of my feet and to avoid invasive surgery. Praise God for Matthew Whitaker. TimHanleythus far to avoid invasive back surgery

Do not let them have you perform stretches or exercises that cause you pain in any fashion. Their form of rehab is doing endless stretching on a daily basis that you could do yourself without the medical expense.

Was skeptical about going here for my back pain. I can honestly say that they have been able to eliminate the pain and stiffness in my back by following their exercise and stretching I do every day.
