Starting over fourteen months ago when we first arrived here we have boarded our nearly two year old Chocolate Lab off and on again at the Chapin Pet Lodge for periods of time varying from a few days to a week and half. She gets excited when we get near the lodge, loves being there and we couldn't be happier for her. The owner operator is engaging with me and our dog and genuinely cares about her. Can't speak to what others may have experienced but ours has been good and up to expectations.

Jeff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me and my family! We were traveling from Texas heading to Florida and needed boarding last minute. He didn’t just say no and turn us away even though he didn’t have a room, he said I’m going to make room! Cliché, I know but it truly wasn’t this time! Jeff made room for us & we are truly thankful for that! He even sang with my daughter when she heard one of her favorite songs playing on the radio! Jeff was very patient with us registering Bentley, getting shot records from Texas and everything! 4 days later we are picking up our little boy happy and ready to go & Chapin Pet Lodge you all have... read full review

My dogs love to go to Chapin Pet Lodge! The boarding is easy, fun, reasonably priced and convenient. The customer service is welcoming and friendly. The buildings and surroundings are well kept and up to date. It's located on a lovely rural road, away from heavy traffic. We always have an excellent experience with Chapin Pet lodge.
