I am a grad student and always go to Tech Shack whenever I have computer issues. Everyone is always friendly and more knowledgeable than a big box computer service. Very trustworthy.

The team at the Tech Shack were very good in determining the problem and supplied information on how to fix the computer. Very polite and friendly. I will be visiting them if I have any other computer problems.

Conrad is absolutely the best computer tech that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Prices or reasonable and mainly he does a great job and it doesn't take him long to do it I give him a 10 thumbs up if I could but he is a good one to go to and he's also very trustworthy and that's a good quality to have
