In Touch Massage and Bodywork Therapy

I’ve had several sessions with Anita Squires at On Touch Massage in Central, SC, and she is truly exceptional. Anita has helped me work through tight muscle areas—especially in my neck and shoulder—and I always leave feeling noticeably better.

I recently tried her CranioSacral (CS) therapy, and it was an amazing experience. It’s incredibly calming, almost meditative, and seems to work on a deeper, more energy-focused level. I left the session feeling more balanced, less tense, and with a surprising sense of mental clarity. It’s a great complement to her traditional massage work.

Have been in chronic pain for 30 years. Also suffer from anxiety and depression. In just 3 visits Anita has significantly reduced my pain level. She is very caring and very knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and makes sure she discusses everything she is doing and how it will help. Very easy to talk to and very kind. She is also treating my wife and she has had great results too. Hope to be able to continue to go for at least maintenance massages in the future.

I went on a recommendation and am so pleased. My shoulders were achy and tight. After a therapeutic massage and suctioning, my muscles relaxed tremendously. I can sleep through the night again!
