    Pre-planning Mothers funeral with Duckett-Robinson made all go as smoothly as possible. I would encourage everyone to pre-plan so that there are no surprises during a stressful time.

    Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home handled my Son's funeral with great care and concern for me as well as the other family members who love my Son so much. They were apt to keep us all informed of the process and options we had to choose from. The funeral home director even placed a rush on servicing the downed crematory facility used in the cremation process, so that I could be there with my child as his worldly vessel was leaving this world. This meant so much to me as his death was so sudden and unexpected, this gave me the chance to say my final goodbye to my son.     I've been to quite a few funerals in the last 12 months, some of which I was a speaker and/or pallbearer. At my Uncles funeral in Georgia a few months ago - they misspelled my uncles name and we pallbearers received no instruction from the staff. It was a disaster. However, and fortunately most of the funerals this year have been here at Duckett Robinson. I can't say enough positive things about how professional and courteous the staff are. Just top notch all the around.
