Kelly Nguyen’s nail salon in Cayce (just 1.5 miles from USC) I have known Kelly since 2014 and she is THE BEST! The salon is clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking. All of the techs are fabulous but I’m pretty particular in having Kelly do my nails and waxing. Highly recommend!
