Great job grooming the dog but having to wait 9 hours is ridiculous. I wish you luck and better time management. If I drop off my dog at 8:00 am I shouldn’t have to come pick him up 9.5 hours later and his still hasn’t been groomed. Sorry. I wish you all the luck the world has to offer.

These ladies are awesome. We started taking our babies, Allie and GiGi, there right after they opened and have been extremely satisfied. They do an excellent job and care for them the way we do. Allie and GiGi are 3 pound and 5 pound Yorkies and we feel very comfortable leaving our kids with such competent groomers.Teresa

We have been taking our 3 small dogs here for about 2 years now, and we can’t say enough about the treatment they give our fur babies, and the customer service! We had a family emergency the other night and the ladies were supposed to leave at 4:30, but I wasn’t able to get there until 5:30-not only did they stay, and make our babies comfortable, they greeted me with a smile and never once made me feel like I had kept them too long. We want to say thank you-this kind of customer service is outstanding and our babies look the best they’ve ever looked!
