Jesse Teeter performed my annual inspection and adjusted the smart jacks as necessary. We discussed how well the system works with both the helical piers and the smart jacks. My concern was the stability beneath the bathroom walls…well after a year it’s time to add some new smart jacks beneath these walls. I should have added these to start with but I took a wait and see if it gets any worse. Jesse’s knowledge and experience is so valuable. I am so glad he is my go to guy with Cantey.
