Owner came by one day last week. Made recommendation that I open some doors upstairs and change thermostat settings . Said insulation wasn’t my problem. No charge for coming to Blythewood from Camden. Totally professional!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and the service we got from Michael Laney and his team. I would recommend him to anyone who has a moisture issue and needs help. They encapsulated our crawl space and put in dehumidifiers and a sump pump. So happy with their work ethic and attention to detail. Glad I can quit worrying about what’s happening under my house.
