Everyone I’ve seen has been extremely friendly and accommodating. The “comfort menu” leaves nothing to be desired. There are no surprise costs and they make sure you completely understand your treatment plan and what you can expect to pay. Best dentist experience I’ve had.

They are always super quick and super nice. They have a comfort menu for people if they need/want anything. The building is super clean and nice. By far the best dentist I’ve been to!

I originally posted a review about the front desk staff not being very professional however after my review I was contacted by someone named Katrina from progrin and she was so kind and fixed the issue. It meant so much to me that she cared enough to call . We walked in today and the front desk ladies were AMAZING ( not the same one as before ) and it was pleasant. Thank you to progrin and Katrina for taking the time to call me and resolve the issue. And Wendy my hygienist is one of the best ..

After looking for a new dentist, I came upon this one dentist office. I really enjoyed my first time going in. All the staff is really friendly, and the office in general is really clean as well. I will continue to go here and do all my treatment.

The folks at Pro Grin Dental were so kind. Everyone. They made you feel so welcome. They listened! They did a very thorough evaluation of my situation. Asked about my concerns. Then sat and explained with visual aid, of what all options were available and expressed what needed to be done but understood my situation of needing to do it in steps. And don’t make me feel Judged. It also happened to be 2 days before my Birthday. Which I never mentioned. They gave me a Birthday Card when I was leaving. It had been signed by everyone. I can’t tell you what that meant to me! I would recommend, if you are not 100 and 50% happy with your dentist. Go see these folks. They are wonderful!!! Only thing is they won’t even make an appointment to get work done until after you pay 100% of your part. Which , I can understand paying before the procedure the day of your appointment. But to not even schedule the appointment until after full payment is rendered is ridiculous. What if I loose the tooth before I get in to get the work done? It is one thing to want payment when you arrive. But to demand payment then they will make an appointment. Seems shady to me!

Highly recommend! I’ve been going here for a couple years and it’s wonderful, had Natalie as my hygienist this visit and it was great. Awesome staff and great atmosphere!

The entire stuff is amazing. The doctor that worked on my crown. And the person assisted him was a on her game as well. Everybody is really nice.I'm glad I found this place. I forgot to post this and I went by for a cleaning and they are amazing.
