I can’t say enough good things about Spaws! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they always make my dog feel right at home. She actually gets excited when we pull up, which says everything. The grooming is consistently excellent—she comes out looking (and smelling!) amazing every single time.

“Our little dog Jezebel had gotten sick, we bought her in to see Dr. Rosmer who she had been seeing for years. Bloodwork determined that she was in kidney failure, as well as other complications. Came on really quick, she only had a few days left. Dr. Rosmer guided through choosing to end Jezebel’s pain. We can’t say enough about how good this place is, and Dr. Rosmers handling of this situation. We received a sympathy card signed by the staff, and paw prints and nose prints of our little girl. They also made a donation to a veterinary school in Jezebel’s name.“

“Brandy, at Bows and Ties pet grooming, has been grooming my Jake for a few years now and it is evident that she loves what she does. She is very observant to any issues your pet may have and makes excellent suggestions if there is something that needs addressing and did I mention that she does an excellent job, well she does. Jake gets groomed every 5 to 6 weeks and I have never had an issue with the way he looked. If I have something special I want done she listens and takes care of it.

I will say again, Brandy is an excellent groomer and her prices are very reasonable. You will love her!“

“Just took my dog in for her very first grooming appointment, and I was super impressed! The staff was so friendly and made both of us feel comfortable right away. They asked about her usual routine and really took their time making sure she was calm and happy.

She came out looking SO cute—clean and smelling amazing. They did a great job with her nails and fur, and she didn’t seem stressed at all afterward, which was such a relief.

Really happy with how everything went. It’s always a little nerve-wracking trying something new, but Nora definitely earned our trust. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“I have 2 little shorkies 5-7. They absolutely love everyone and animal. Just over 4 years ago they were horribly abused,. So much so the business called us as injuries weren't noticeable. Long story short, they're vet has had to drug them in order to do nails, etc...since. Even many groomers tried over the years. My daughters dog survived her abuse also and told me to try these "dog whisperers". My daughters nic name. For the first time not only didnt they need to be drugged, my cuddle bugs loved them afterward even more. My pups are my kids, like alot of us out there. Telling you this is fantastic does do them justice. Somehow they not only did beautiful grooming, they stop the fear that tormented my pups, and my daughters. Wish i could do better then 5 stars. “Great! They have a little bit of everything. The only downside is the prices. I'd stick with Walmart or somewhere cheaper for pet supplies, unless you're looking for a specialty item. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for their selection & pet food made with "REAL ingredients". Stay blessed! ☺??“
