I'm a resident! NOT fond of HOA's though this one isn't that bad. The security can be a little too much especially when driving here. Finds over the speed limit, are costly.
Hardest working staff I ever met. They handle more issues by lunch than most communities can think of. Very busy and on top of their business.
Amazing what they handle with the size of that community on a daily basis.
We had a great time visiting friends and family that reside in this community. First of all IT'S HUGE. Prepare yourself (and your gps) for several "I think we were supposed to turn there"s. They have gyms, pools, courts, parks, golf courses, club houses, billiards and table tennis, you name it. Two things I learned while visiting: there are alligators that reside in some of the ponds. Yikes. And don't go for a run on the golf course sidewalk ( golfers and golf carts only). You do need a pass to enter the community if you aren't a member. It took us less than 5 minutes to obtain ours.
