I just want to update my review this December 2025 closing year about Stokes Toyota but most important my Sales Advisor MR. Christopher Scott has been outstanding the last several years I’ve been working with him closely on my 2020 RAV4 for my wife suv and my 2025 tundra XP he communicates he’s very attentive, a true professional and always looks out for me when I come in for service
My service advisor Chris does an outstanding job caters to my every need in and as well as my wife’s 2020 RAV4 .and mine

Christopher Scott is very knowledgeable and is cost conscious. I moved to SC 2 years ago and he has been my service manager the entire time. Because I do not drive long distances, he made sure to adjust my service appointments so I am not unnecessarily spending money when it is not warranted. In addition, he thoroughly explains any issues he finds and provides me with costs so I can make educated decisions on what needs to be done immediately and what can wait a bit. This is a rare quality in a service manager and I wish all service managers operated this way instead of always looking to upsell.
