5 stars for Karen Bouchard is the best. I followed here from my old Med spa. She is professional and kind, most of all does not oversell what you need. 3 stars On the other hand a coat of paint n update the lobby for sure!!!!!!!!
I recently had Halo laser here (Sciton) for my lower cheek area. I hadn't had ablative fractionated laser in about 7 years so forgot how intense it could be (afterwards mostly). Michelle Turley went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of area treated (more than I asked for-a bonus!), anesthesia (numbing cream and additional painkilling liquid squirted over my face after the first pass), and after treatment (two phone calls, a whole bag full of creams, cleanser, even zinc sunscreen!). Very caring folks too, including the front desk ( thanks Laura!).
