they came to measure my floor and after 10 days I still have gotten no information on quote. Called the store.. no one answered in flooring for 3 days. When I finally got thr, they said they had no record of me. Never again!

I was there yesterday looking for granite for a desk project and Stefanie couldn't have been kinder. She took time with us and also made a great suggestion about using butcher block when we realized the granite was not going to work out. I was very impressed with her customer service.
