I can’t rave enough about my experience with Orkin. I had renters cause a massive German roach infestation in my beautiful home. After the first exterminatorI called failed to get it under control I thought all was lost. A family member works for Orkin on the West Coast and suggested I give them a call and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve EVER made. My tech Brian got to work immediately . From the get go I could tell he truly cared about my situation . The communication and thoroughness was above and beyond. He got everything under control quickly and efficiently. Since this is a rental property, communication is important for us to let the tenants know your schedule. The text notifications on days before and arrival times is very important to us. Thank you for following through with this request.
Fritz was great to work with! He explained everything fully so that we could understand what he was doing. He took great care to make sure our pets would be safe and even brought treats for them. He did both inside and outside treatments so we can make sure the critters stay outside!Services: General pest inspection
