Hector and Josh got here, gave me an overview of what was about to happen, how long it would take, and went strait to work. They worked through lunch and didn’t take breaks By 6PM my incredible new Trane XV18 was running like a top. My home’s never been more comfortable and I could not be more pleased.
I'm impressed by the professional service I received from the technician who came out today on behalf of Palmetto. Mr. Darlin was clear and helpful with the process. So I was told to have the app already downloaded and I did, but it was the wrong one.
He was patient with me as I had to create another account on the right app. Thanks to Palmetto and Howell Chase for making this process smooth with their friendly service personnel.
