Yon promised a fully comprehensive and detailed pre-purchase inspection, and he sure delivered. I was on site for the inspection and he was very patient and explained what he was doing what he was looking at in the importance of each item. I received the report, and it was just as comprehensive, easy to read, and detailed as I expected. The action items are easy to locate in the report, simple explanation as to the nature of the finding, and generally a well documented inspection.
