Yon was great! He really made it easier for us (since we lived out of state) by checking in often while our house was being built. Reports and photos were sent weekly and were very thorough!

We had a pre-purchase and pool inspection completed. Yon provided us with a great inspection report. Easy to read and explained everything he did. All of the scheduling and paperwork was handled online which was nice and easy. We were also able to schedule quickly on short notice.

Yon and his team were the inspectors for our house from the very beginning of the build. Being out of state it was difficult to know how things were going but they did a great job at weekly updates and tons of pictures so I knew exactly what was occurring. Part of the package was also an annual inspection that helped identified issues after a year living in the house.
