Although I have only received the diagnosis from Damon thus far, I’m pleased to say that he ordered the part I needed quickly yesterday and will be there to finish up today between 5-7. Damon came on a Friday evening. It was after hours. He went beyond his duties by not only fixing the AC but measuring stuff for me and educating me to keep up my unit. Thank you so much freedom air.
