I am grateful for a company who keeps my unit running in top shape by offering an affordable service plan where they come twice a year to clean, check and service the system! Evan is the technician who comes to check my unit and always does a great job of checking the whole unit, cleaning as needed and then cleans up and closes the unit back up like it should be. Our hot water heater went out unfortunately and we needed a new one. Taylor at Dyess Air and Plumbing was very helpful and made sure I received the right hot water heater and went into detail about everything I needed to know. Randy came and did the installation and he was great. He made the installation look easy. Randy made sure everything worked properly with the new hot water heater before leaving.

Our technician, Hunter, was excellent! Personable. Professional. Polite. Very knowledgeable. His review of our HVAC issues and his explanation of what needed to be done was perfect. He then got the necessary items needed, fixed the issue, and ensured the system worked efficiently. All within a few hours. We look forward to working with Hunter and Dyess HVAC and Plumbing again in the future!
