He didn't just do the paperwork and send people to do the difficult part. He was right out there in the heat with them making sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted. The crew did wonderful work and were very respectful of our property, too. In the past we've had workers leave a lot of food/drink trash in the yard every day, but the GGR team took all theirs with them. Our house, which was plain painted concrete block, is now stuccoed and the porches painted, and it looks like an entirely new construction. We HIGHLY recommend GGR for stucco and painting work.“

Not only did the inspection within 3 day of my call, they were able to schedule the demolition and mold remediation within a week. Adam, Gregoria, and Victor set to work first thing Thursday morning, then Victor and Gregoria finished the demolition by 5 PM. Their work ethic is stupendous and amazing. Wonderful people! “Had lots of remodeling of 3 bathrooms, closet redesign, wood floors installed in bedrooms. Working with Rocco Remodeling was a pleasure and Hayner had great ideas that combined with my visions. Since it was a very complex job, it took numerous months. Covid played into the timeframe causing shortages of materials and coordinating of sequencing of labor. However, the results are stellar.We also had them paint our house which was a change of paint color and shutters accented in a grey color. Again the job looks fantastic.I recommend this remodeling company and possibly have materials acquired before the demolition starts. It was worth the wait but might have been easier to live in if over a shorter period of time“
