Bluffton Jewel Box is an upscale shop offering handcrafted items of exceptional quality. They specialize in unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, unlike traditional off-the-rack jewelry stores. The owners, thoughtful and detailed-oriented artists, are knowledgeable about jewelry and create exquisite designs. They provide friendly, professional service to customers who approach them with kindness and respect. While some customers may have had negative experiences, many have been pleased with the quality and design of their work, and the shop is a pleasure to visit.
Stopped in on Tuesday (5/19/26) to see if they could repair a 30+ year old 14K gold bracelet’s link and clasp that had broken a 2nd time this year and was repaired just months ago elsewhere. After living in this area for several years, we took a friend into this fine jewelry shop today. No idea why anyone would have a negative experience. The owners could not have been more pleasant, helpful and honest. They went above anf beyond at correcting a bad repair job from another jeweler.
These folks are open every day; check their website. Only time they were by appt. was during Covid when it was the law! Don't take any negative seriously; go meet them and enjoy how cordial and competent they are.
Grateful we didn't believe what we read.
I wanted a ring that I never wear made into a pendant- it was hard to communicate at first, but I picked up my pendant today and it is even better than I expected! He did such a great job and saved me money by using the white gold from the ring. Their jewelry is eclectic- but I really liked it. Compared to my experience at a different Bluffton jeweler this was 5 stars
