Scheduled appt !!!!! Anything over the appt time frame, you should Acknowledge it with your Client especially when they are waiting over one hour. Having open discussion about religion, personal life and using inappropriate language is very unprofessional and not a good experience or look for any clients... Very Inconvenience with no care... Kathy was very nice but after hearing her talk about things. Her energy was very high, emotionally hurt and alot of unanswer questions 🙏🏿 Learning process hopefully you understand ✨️
