I have used this company 3 times over the last several years. The workmanship and quality of the finished product is good. The problem I have is that the last time, 2 years ago I hired them they rescheduled my appointment 5 times. I scheduled with them again for today 8/29 and then get a text at 10:07am (the time he was supposed to be showing up to do the job) to let me know that they won't be coming today due to the owner being tired from the heat. I feel you owe me $50.00 dollars for not showing up as you planned, on 8/28 I had to confirm I was ready for you to come to my house for today 8/29. I have all my deck and porch items removed so you could do the job. Now I have to go and put all my items back on my porch without the job you contracted with me for today. Your business is lacking in professionalism and customer service.

SBG is the only place that gives you the service you need to remove mold from you roof and clean you concrete to near spotless condition. I was most impress with their professionalism and promptness. They did exactly what they promised and were always courteous. I would recommend to all.

Hired this company to soft wash home, deck and power wash drive & walk ways. They did an exceptional job, house looks like it was fleshly painted.I would recommend not just for the quality work, but also for their professionalism. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the estimate is exactly what I paid! Unfortunately this seems to be the exception these days ....
