I have a 2012 VW beetle and the air conditioning system went down no one wanted to touch it. A friend recommended Dr. Alex and I'm so glad she did. He took a look at the car ran a vacuum test told me what I needed ordered the part and fixed the car. When I went to pick up the car he explained what was done showed me the old part and sent me on my way. I am one happy customer.
