Installed a forced wall heater in my garage apartment over thirty years ago. Hasn’t been used for years. Getting ready to occupy the space again and the heater thermostat ( On/off switch) isn’t working. Called Marley technical support and spoke with a very nice gentleman, his name escapes me, he went above and beyond to try and find the part for me. Unfortunately it is not available. I understand completely since the heater is so old. I just wanted to compliment the gentlemen that was so helpful. Value that employee Murphy Engineered Products, the good ones are hard to come by anymore!

I've rarely seen customer service this good. We installed a 2-foot baseboard that failed after a year or so -- it happens. They replace it quickly and without question. When the second one failed (I understand there was a design problem that has since been fixed), they once again replaced it quickly. The people I talked to were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
