Making sure our system at both locations were always top notch! Having a local company vs these "automated/online" companies, makes all the difference when it comes to emergencies or after hour service. They have always been accessible and ready to help after every situation. I have worked with Southern Burglar and Fire Alarm for about 17 years. It’s one of the best companies of any kind I have worked with. They are extremely responsive and helpful. I can not say enough good things about them. They are local and can count on them. I also really like the platform they use for their systems. It is very easy to use, even for my 84 year old mother. Their customer service is wonderful. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review. You absolutely can not go wrong with this company!

We recently added some new security features in our office. Jason and Jaden came out to do the service and did an outstanding job! They were very professional and friendly! They were also good sports as my girls in the front office tormented them with some pranks while they were here working and they took it all in stride! Came and left with smiles on their face!
