Only people we trust!! Dustin is honest & reasonable & very educated regarding HVAC systems. We had about 4-5 technicians out and spent thousands of dollars. We were even told our system wasn’t warrantied. Dustin came out and fixed the issue in 15 mins, was affordable & honest and we found out our system has warranty until 2030!! During a storm earlier this summer, a tree fell on my house, causing water damage in two bedrooms. My insurance agent contacted Premier Restoration and upon arrival , they were able to remove the tree that had gone through the roof, put a tarp in place, and began setting up equipment to begin the water mitigation within an hour to two hours time! Troy and his entire team, John, Scott, Terry, Koby, and Zeke were very
professional and took time to explain the process. They were diligent to check the moisture levels daily. Once it was dry, Jefferson explained the process of replacing and painting the damaged walls and ceiling. He and Tristin surveyed the roof damage as well. Jefferson was very patient with all of my questions, and even a few tears, and walked me through the whole process. Once all was approved through insurance, they were on the job efficiently. I want to extend my gratitude to his team of workers: Roy and Juanquin-Int/Ext paint, Roofing/Framing-Elmer, Gutters-Oliver from AEE. Finally, the office staff, Deborah and Starr, were also very helpful as they handled the administrative tasks in sending updates/quotes to the insurance company and myself. I was glad to have had the support I received during a stressful time.

If you need concrete work done right the first time, you need to call Old South Concrete. They were faced with some adversity with a mess left from a " drainage contractor ". They worked well into the evening and returned at 5:30 the next morning to begin the pour. Throughout everything, they remained professional and genuinely grateful for the work. These guys all worked together and knocked it out! For once, I am completely satisfied with the job they done. From planning to clean up, you'd be hard pressed to find this kind of quality and craftsmanship.

Update: I do not make these reviews to slander the business or owners. I do it for the truth. The owners have responded in quite a manner we didn’t receive at the time of the wedding. But their response today is very uplifting to hear that they seem to have changed how they run their business. Had they not responded at all or in a different manner, the review would have stayed. They have had a change of here it seems, so should I.
I attended a wedding on Saturday, 11/11/2023 for the Rameys. I also attended the rehearsal for the wedding the night prior. I was told the owners of the venue had changed from after the final walk of the wedding to the time the wedding was executed. This is easily noticeable. Meaning the old owners assured and showed a great venue before the new owners.
1. On 11/10/2023 I attended the rehearsal of the wedding the night before. The wedding party went through the practice runs and the wood planks down the aisle started breaking mid walk! Multiple breaks, children walking down the aisle, wet and dark. The owners solution: put a rug over it and we will fix it tomorrow! The next day they moved the wedding indoors and the rug was still over the planks. They also had a wedding the next day. Doubtful it was fixed.
2 The Grooms changing area had leaking walls with water and a nice little note explaining so. They also provided entertainment by swearing at the tv through the the ceiling/wooded floor on the main floor all over a football game. Hope your wedding isn’t on any game day!
3. They have no idea how to efficiently set up or change out between the ceremony, dining, and dancing. Waited in the rain for 30 minutes to an hour more than twice for a change out of the same building.
4. The owners will take cell phone photos of your rehearsal and actual wedding ceremony. They will use these photos for personal business gain, and of course for your thank you letter regretting to inform you that your deposit wont be making back.
5. Personally this one is not a problem to me because it was fun. Prepare to care for the venue yourself. I had to drive the golf carts around, at night, after the wedding, for disabled guests, because the venue owner had a football game to watch.
6. No deposit in sight.

Also, I wouldn’t of made this review if the owners did not take down the married couples negative review. Trying to scam out deposits and save face because you cant keep up a sub par wedding venue.

Miss Peggy does beautiful work! I have been a repeat customer of hers for several years. With other hair stylists, after I have gone to them for awhile, they seem to become complacent with my hair cut,,but not Peggy! She always strives very hard to give me the cut I want and I have NEVER been dissatisfied with her work! I have been very pleased! She does wonders with a razor cut. Not just anyone can use a razor and she is very well trained and skilled with her use of the razor! She is kind and you can tell she really cares about what you want and she takes pride in her work! I am so glad I found her and I highly recommend her!!
Our babies have been coming here for the last 6 years and we wouldn’t trust anyone else to pamper & watch over them. The staff is always friendly and they are always so excited to see them when they come in for a spa day.
Do not recommend. The appointment was set for 11:00-3:00 to service our water leak issue. We waited at the house for the appointment as scheduled. We received a notification at 11:19 via text letting us know the work was completed. We contacted the company and left a voicemail. About an hour later we called again since we did not receive a call back. We contact our home warranty company in reference to the lack of service and being unable to contact Plumbcraft. The home warranty company was unable to reach them via phone so they left a message as well. Several days go by and we had not heard from anyone. Contacted our home warranty company again in reference to the service call. They contacted Plumbcraft once again to determine the reason for a no-show appointment but claiming complete. The home warranty company was able to talk to someone at Plumbcraft. The home warranty company told us they would be dispatching another vendor. I asked why Plumbcraft would not be dispatched and what happened with the original appointment. He stated Plumbcraft refused to comeback to our home to service of water issue. I asked why? The representative at Plumbcraft said nobody was home for the appointment and refused to comeback. I am glad they are not coming back because integrity seems to be an issue. We were home for the scheduled work and their employee stated they completed the work and moved on to their next apppointment. Disappointed.
