We've been a customer of Southern Burglar and Fire for over 10 years. They have provided amazing service to our home and business. Austin and Patrick have always given us great service. Making sure our system at both locations were always top notch! Having a local company vs these "automated/online" companies, makes all the difference when it comes to emergencies or after hour service. They have always been accessible and ready to help after every situation. Communication and Dependability is a very strong point with Southern Burglar and Fire and we are thankful for having chose them to help protect us and our business!!

Jason and Jaden were great. Jason kept me in stitches with his humor. I love the fact that he was very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about the products.
