I've been here a few times now and have had a great experience each visit. Most recently, Crystal cut my hair and did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted, followed my instructions perfectly, and gave me one of the better haircuts I've had in quite a while.
I had an appointment and was taken back right on time, which I always appreciate. The shop is very clean and professional, and the pricing is actually better than what I'm used to paying for a haircut that includes a wash.

I have always been looking for a local barber you know the one that sit around the corner and is a local spot for the community. Well I have to say I have finally found that place in the Groom Room. Crystal and all the staff at the Groom Room were amazing. The atmosphere is 12/10 and they did an amazing job cutting my hair. Their prices were fantastic for what you get with their trims. They definitely have me as a regular from now on.

Visited the Groom Room for the first time today. They are in their new location at the corner of Beech Island Ave and Atomic Rd. Crystal did a great job. Very thorough and thoughtful. Shop is very clean. It was a pleasure coming here and I'll be a return customer. Thank you Crystal.
