The whole experience was very professional and efficient. James, the technician that came out for the repair, did call when he was on the way as promised. He arrived within the window of time that was estimated, quickly identified the problem, and got it repaired. He was also very helpful in giving me information about how to avoid this kind of issue in the future, and get maximum results from this particular appliance.
