Terrible customer service. We spent a significant amount having 24 trees removed from our property. It took nearly 2 months to get the work done because our rep didn't schedule the crew and flag our sprinkler system. The work crew did a great job, but it wasn't The Greenery crew. Our rep unfortunately talked us into a type of sod we didn't really want (our error). He also ordered extra yards of unnecessary soil but called off delivery when we questioned it. We tried to schedule a Saturday morning appointment to discuss final plantings, but our guy didn't work weekends. Fortunately, his supervisor stepped up. The Greenery has been serving the City of Beaufort since the 1980s and has expanded with its growth into Port Royal and Lady’s Island. We manage properties throughout the major commercial corridors of the county, featuring downtown Beaufort and Ribaut Road as well as Parris Island and the Marine Corps Air Station. We maintain the crown jewel of the City of Beaufort – The Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park, and we are longtime supporters of the city’s largest annual event, the Beaufort Water Festival. We are heavily invested in the Beaufort community and our employee-owners take pride in living and working here.
