Great service once again at Stokes with Mike Fermin and also a pleasant encounter with the receptionist Markayla. While waiting for my car I decided to ask Markayla a technology question about my phone. As she was answering a phone call, I was first impressed with Markayla's speed and voice clarity in directing the call. Many receptionists in a variety of professions speak so fast and boring that I have had to ask them to repeat themselves. My technology question was answered quickly and
