What a great business! From walking in for the first time to paying the final balance. The sales staff in the showroom was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were not trying to simply sell the highest priced carpet. I was advised as to what best suited my needs. All very reasonably priced.True to their word, my carpet was ordered and came in a timely fashion.The installers, Jorge and Chico were on time to the job. They were professional and personable. What a great job they did. I need to mention Tony also. He advised me took my order and kept me apprised of the work timeline. Totally professional as I would expect from a fellow Gamecock. We recently had carpet as well as engineered hardwood flooring installed in hour home on Fripp Island by Southern Carpet Wholesale and were pleased with the sales team - in particular Chase Hensley - as well as the two installer teams. Wonderful service and product, installed perfectly and on time. We had hardwood floors refinished and a luxury vinyl floating floor installed over very uneven older floors. Refreshed the older home better than new.
