Service technician, JENEIL P, is awesome. He was here last week for my stove and today for my washer. He is a very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful man. Don't generally like a strange man in my home but Jeneil takes away the stress of that fear. He was able to repair the stove, I was not so fortunate with the washer as parts are not available, not a fault on Janeil.
