For some reason, my doctor referred me to this place when they're not in my insurance providers network. I asked admissions how much would this would cost and I find it super sketchy that they couldn't tell me until after my appointment and they recommended I call my insurance provider to see if they were in my network. So, since money is an issue, I can't afford to wing it and had to cancel the appointment. This place looks expensive too. Would not recommend if you're tight on money.

Office staff tell ya your insurance is covering your treatments and many weeks later you get a big bill no one mentions to you about ins not paying they just let the bill get big! Now ya scramble to pay

If I could give a lower rating I would. I called a week ago requesting an rx. You are supposed to give 24-72 hour notice. Was assured my Rx was forwarded to Publix and I would have the pills today. Went to Publix...no Rx. Called the nurse who promised me the Rx would be ready and the front office wouldn't put me through to her. This is only one of the problems I've had with them. If I had another place to go...I would. Unfortunately I've been going to them since 2004 and there are no other options. Never had problems in Ridgeland office...just Beaufort. Would recommend someone else but you're stuck with these incompetent people.
